Do attendees need to download an app?
No. Foyer is a no-download event app: attendees scan one QR code and the whole event opens in the browser they already have — iPhone or Android, no app store, no account, no login. Most people are in within five seconds.
What does a Foyer event include?
A live programme with on-now and up-next, speaker profiles, personal agendas with add-to-calendar, sponsor showcases, venue maps and wifi info, an opt-in attendee contact book, and live Q&A, polls and word clouds for every session — all under your event’s branding.
How much does it cost?
One flat fee per event — never per attendee. Whether 50 people scan or 5,000, the price doesn’t change. Three tiers: Event Hub, Hub + Live (Q&A and polls), and Full Service with on-site support. Send us your event details for a same-day quote.
How fast can we be live?
Days, not months. Send your programme, speakers and brand; we build and brand your hub and supply print-ready QR posters. Late changes are no problem — every edit is live on attendees’ phones within about a minute.
Can it match our brand — or our client’s?
Yes — Foyer is fully white-labelled. Your logo, your colours, your event’s name. There’s no “powered by” banner. Agencies and venues run Foyer under a different brand for every event.
What happens to attendee data after the event?
The contact book is opt-in and consent-first, and it’s deleted after the event — that’s a promise built into the product, not a setting. You get a CSV export before it goes.
Does it work for multi-day conferences?
Yes. Multi-day events get day tabs, per-day programmes, and personal agendas that span the whole conference. Each session can run its own live Q&A and polls.
