Q: Do attendees need to download an app?

No. Foyer is a no-download event app: attendees scan one QR code and the whole event opens in the browser they already have, on iPhone or Android, with no app store, no account and no login. Most people are in within five seconds.

Q: What happens to attendee data after the event?

It deletes itself. The contact book, saved sessions, check-ins, questions and the send log are removed automatically on a date agreed before the event, by default 30 days after the last day. That date runs on a timer, not on someone remembering, and it is shown on your dashboard and published on the health endpoint so you can verify it. You get an email a week beforehand and a CSV export before it goes. The programme, speakers and sponsors are kept, so the archive still works.

How fast can we be live?

On Lite, about an hour of your time: paste in your programme, add your colours, print the QR posters. On Full Service, none of your time: send the programme and colours and it arrives finished. Late changes are no problem either way: every edit is live on attendees' phones within about a minute.

Can it match our brand, or our client's?

Yes. Foyer is fully white-labelled: your logo, your colours, your event's name, and no "powered by" banner. Agencies and venues run Foyer under a different brand for every event.

Does it work for multi-day conferences?

Yes. Multi-day events get day tabs, per-day programmes, and personal agendas that span the whole conference. Each session can run its own live Q&A and polls.
